Privacy notice

Information we collect

SFHUB stores account details such as your email address, display name, adult and legal confirmations, account status and plan entitlement. It also stores activity you choose to create, including favorites, submissions and community posts. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not available to SFHUB in readable form.

Payments

For PRO purchases, SFHUB may receive and retain the plan, amount, order or payment identifier, payment status, timestamps and fulfillment history. Payment providers process the payment itself under their own privacy terms. SFHUB never asks for a wallet seed phrase, private key or wallet password.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure accounts, remember personal features, moderate submissions, process and verify purchases, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. SFHUB does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Authentication, infrastructure and payment providers process the limited information needed to operate their services for SFHUB. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, rights or the service.

Advertising

Anonymous visitors and signed-in FREE members may receive ads from ExoClick. Its ad technology may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, page address and advertising identifiers under ExoClick's own privacy terms. PRO members and staff do not receive or load the ExoClick ad script.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, accounting and legal requirements. You can remove favorites, edit available profile details and request account deletion from account settings. Other privacy requests may be sent through SFHUB's published support contact.

Security and updates

SFHUB uses access controls and server-side checks to protect account and payment records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.
