Data collected

For accounts, SFHUB stores your email identity, display name, adult and legal confirmations, favorites, submissions, account status and plan entitlement. Passwords are processed by the authentication service and are never available to SFHUB in readable form.

Crypto payment data

SFHUB stores the selected asset and network, amount, public transaction hash, status and review history. Blockchain transactions are public. SFHUB never requests or stores your wallet seed phrase, private key or wallet password.

Purpose

Data is used to authenticate you, protect the service, synchronize personal features, moderate submissions, verify payments and enforce PRO access.

Service providers

Infrastructure providers process the account and request data needed to operate and defend the service. Exodus is used by the operator as a self-custody receiving wallet, not as an account authentication provider.

Retention and control

You can remove favorites and request account deletion. Security, legal and payment records may require limited retention for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Security

Access tokens and PRO entitlements are verified server-side. Account and payment records are access-controlled, while administrative review independently verifies administrator authorization.

Contact and revisions

A dedicated privacy contact and jurisdiction-specific controller details must be published before broad public or paid launch. Material revisions will require renewed acceptance.
